With over 29 years of experience in foundation repairs; accompanied by over 20 years experience in industrial, commercial and residential construction and renovation as a Project Manager, Nick Paul has established himself throughout the community as a highly experienced and trusted foundation professional. Throughout his career, he has been heading up projects ranging from $200,000 to million dollar projects. 

Nick possess the knowledge in Project Management in multimillion dollar projects, Property and Maintenance Management. Nick is able to direct and lead others to produce desired results, and bring in excellent communication, problem solving, negotiations and organizational skills. Nick possess and understand contract agreements, technical blue prints in design and planning of construction.
